2026 Free Freight Program Details

Shipping Terms

  • Orders ship from our warehouse in Derry, NH 03038
  • Mutual Sales will determine the freight carrier 
  • We aim to ship orders same day or next business day. During peak/holiday periods processing times may be longer. 
  • Transit times vary by location and by carrier, and are estimates only - they cannot be guaranteed.

Free Freight Order Minimums: (Check Map for your State)

  • $3,000 Order Minimum: Western & Central States (See Map)
  • $2,000 Order Minimum: Eastern States (See Map)

To Qualify for Free Freight:

  • Order total must meet minimum listed for the state it ships to
  • Available within the 48 Contiguous States (including D.C.)
  • Free freight applies to a single order shipping to one address.
  • Multiple orders or shipments to different addresses cannot be combined to meet the free freight minimum.
  • Backorders are subject to meet free freight minimums at time of shipment
  • If an order ships in multiple parts due to stock availability, each shipment must meet free-freight qualifications independently, unless the customer has requested we hold the full order to ship together.
  • Account balances must be current

Please Note: Free Freight does not include any needed accessorial charges. They are billed to the customer. Customer must let us know at time of ordering if any accessorial services are needed. Accessorial charges do not count towards the free freight minimum. 

Accessorial Charges include but are not limited to: 

  • Delivery Appointment - $10.00 
  • Inside Delivery - Starting at $150.00
  • Private Residence - Starting at $60.00
  • Power Liftgate - $70.00 (If customer does not have a dock, a power liftgate will be needed)
  • Detention Fees - Starting at $75.00/hour. If driver is held up during the delivery for any reason, fees are subject to trucking company rates. 

Please Note: If any of these services are used without permission, you will be billed for the service(s) based on the trucking company rate plus a $25 admin fee. Any carrier-assessed redelivery, reconsignment, and/or refused-delivery fees will also be billed to the customer if they apply.

Common Shipping Questions

What if I don't qualify for the free freight program? How much will shipping be?
If your order does not meet all of the qualifications for free freight, shipping charges will be applied to your order. Shipping varies based on the size of the order and the products ordered. Estimated shipping quotes can be provided upon request. Shipping will only be calculated for in stock items ready to ship. Backordered items are subject to their own shipping cost which will be calculated when they are ready to ship. Shipping charges are calculated as commercial address shipments. Freight is to customer dock. If any accessorial services are needed, the customer must add the services needed at checkout or let us know at the time of ordering. 

How do backorders work?
We will not hold an order with available items for out of stock items, unless otherwise requested. Unless you request no backorders or an item is deemed Sold Out For The Season, any item out of stock at the time of shipment will be shipped out separately upon arrival. Please note, backorders are subject to their own freight cost which will be calculated at the time of shipping. If you would like us to notify you before we ship out any backorders, please let us know in the comments section at checkout. 

How do you ship orders?
We ship via FedEx and common carrier. Smaller orders are generally shipped via FedEx and larger orders are generally shipped common carrier. Please be assured we always look for the most cost-effective and efficient way to ship any order.
